The proposal begins with one tuned piano in one central place and lets the room grow from there. A small live series can make the museum feel less sealed off and more responsive to the people moving through it.
The pilot is intentionally modest: weekly pop-up moments, simple signage, QR-coded schedules, and room to test whether visitors, students, and local players respond to the idea.
If the placement works, the series can expand across galleries, the courtyard, and the cafe without losing the quiet scale that makes the first version feel possible.
